By Mark Berman

9:05 A.M. UPDATE:

The accident on the westbound Dulles Toll Road is blocking the west exit ramp nearthe main toll facility.

An accident on the inner loop of the Beltway between the exits for Braddock and Gallows Roads is blocking the left center lane.

I-395 North is pretty backed up as you approach the 14th Street Bridge and at King Street.

I-66 East is still congested at the Beltway, but not as badly as earlier this morning.

8:41 A.M. UPDATE:

An accident on the westbound Dulles Toll Road at the main toll facility could cause some problems for commuters.

8:35 A.M. UPDATE:

There's a disabled vehicle on I-95 North after the exit for the Intercounty Connector. Expect some issues in that area.

I-395 North is still snarled at Washington Boulevard and King Street. The inner loop of the Beltway is very, very slow approaching I-66. I-66 East is still very slow en route to the Beltway.

8:15 A.M. UPDATE:

Both accidents on the outer loop of the Beltway in Virginia (one near Braddock Road, one just south of that) have been moved to the shoulder. So the right shoulder is blocked and you can expect some delays.

In Baltimore, the accident on I-695/Outer Loop at Harford Road has been cleared.

7:55 A.M. UPDATE:

An accident on the outer loop of the Beltway is blocking the right center lane. There's also an accident just to the south of that, so expect big headaches heading in that area.

I-66 East and I-395 North still have considerable congestion. I-95 North is really backed up at the Springfield Interchange.

And for our Baltimore commuters, an accident on I-695/Outer Loop at Harford Road is blocking one outer loop lane.

7:35 A.M. UPDATE:

Adding to problems and congestion on I-395 North right now, an accident near the King Street exit is blocking the right shoulder.

7:25 A.M. UPDATE:

I-95 North is backed up in Woodbridge.

The disabled vehicle has been completely cleared from S. Frederick Avenue/MD 355.

7:10 A.M. UPDATE:

The outer loop lane has reopened near University Boulevard.

All northbound lanes of S. Frederick Avenue/MD 355 have reopened in Rockville, but you can expect some residual delays on the northbound Rockville Pike heading towards this spot.

The disabled vehicle on Landover Road has also been cleared up.

I-395 North is pretty snarled at several points between the Springfield Interchange and the 14th Street Bridge. Traffic slows at Washington Boulevard, King Street and shortly after the interchange.

I-66 East is also still backed up at the Beltway.

6:45 A.M. UPDATE:

All northbound lanes of S. Frederick Avenue/MD 355 are blocked at W. Gude Road in Rockville due to a disabled vehicle. Just south of where this is taking place, S. Frederick Avenue becomes Rockville Pike, so if you are heading north on that road be advised.

Some debris is blocking one lane of the outer loop to the west of University Boulevard.

There's a disabled vehicle on southbound Landover Road at U.S. 50.

The lane and shoulder have reopened on I-95 North.

6:25 A.M. UPDATE:

I-66 East is backed up approaching the Capital Beltway. In and of itself, this isn't unusual for the morning commute, but it's unusually crowded for this time of the morning. If you're heading out that way, add some extra time to your trip.

6:15 A.M. UPDATE:

There is still one lane and one of the shoulders blocked on I-95 North between Cherry Hill and Powder Mill roads.
