Richmond-VRE buses to be cut

Storms may make travel dangerous
Fierce storms may rip through the Washington region today, according to The Post's Capital Weather Gang, bring hail, wind gusts of up to 70 mph, flash flooding and even tornadoes, making driving conditions dangerous. A tornado watch is in effect from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
