Russ Grimm goes to Canton; Shanahan evaluates offensive system
It's Russ Grimm's weekend...finally. There'll be tons of stories about projectile vomiting and the good ol' days of Hogs football when the Redskins' offensive lineman is inducted Saturday into the Pro Football Hall of Fame along with Jerry Rice and Emmitt Smith.
From the Redskins' morning practice: Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan says the offense is 95 percent installed, according to The Post's Rick Maese. He says they'll start refining things, isolating on wrinkles and working on reps. ... Phillip Daniels on Albert Haynesworth missing offseason work: "I think he regrets it" via The Examiner's John Keim. ... In other post-practice updates, via Twitter, Shanahan said that offensive lineman Trent Williams has tightness in his hip and should be able to practice tomorrow. Mike Furrey's concussion, though, has not improved (via TBD's Samuel Chamberlain and Mike Jones). ... Shanahan, Keim tweets, expects Jammal Brown and Malcolm Kelly will be able to practice Monday. Practice will be scaled back on Fan Appreciation Day tomorrow.
