Vincent Jackson trade talks going down to the wire
The deadline for a trade for wide receiver Vincent Jackson is 4 p.m. EDT today and it appears that the team most inclined to be involved, the Minnesota Vikings, is at an impasse with the San Diego Chargers.
Jason Cole of Yahoo Sports reports that the Vikings have offered second-round pick and conditional picks in 2011, but the Chargers have asked for second- and third-round picks for 2011.
The 4 p.m. deadline applies because of a deal struck by the NFL and NFLPA.
