DeSean Jackson will not play Sunday in Eagles' game against Titans

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson will not play Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

Jackson suffered a concussion, his second in less than a year, in a collision with Dunta Robinson of the Atlanta Falcons Sunday.

In other Eagles news, quarterback Kevin Kolb has been fined $5,000 for administering a horse-collar tackle, Fox's Jay Glazer reports.
