Rex should be in the best, as he was judged the best qb with the game on the line without having taken a single snap this year.

And Navy has to be #1 for worst week, they lost to Duke for crying out loud. And trailed 24-0 at halftime, 31-7 to start the 4th and still almost came back to win. But didn't. Did I mention they lost to Duke?
