LeBron James' South Beach home sets him back $9 million

Now, suddenly, it is clear why LeBron James has taken his talents to South Beach. The sun! The pool! He's settled into this lovely bayfront home, a real steal at $9 million.
It's roomy, too ... 12,178 square feet, six bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, wine cellar, library, home theater, three-car garage, kitchen you can bowl in, guest house and dock that can fit two 60-foot yachts. (See Sun-Sentinel photo gallery.)
He's living more frugally than his celebrated teammates: Chris Bosh shelled out $12.5 million for a seven-bedroom house in Miami Beach in September and Dwyane Wade, recently paid $10.6 million deal for a Miami Beach home.

No Cindy, that house is NOT in South Beach. It's in Coconut Grove. While only about 3 or 4 miles away over water, it's about 10 miles away by road.
