Report: Ron Rivera agrees to deal with Carolina Panthers
San Diego Chargers defensive coordinator Ron Rivera reportedly has agreed to a deal to become the head coach of the Carolina Panthers.
Rivera and the Panthers, according to an ESPN report, are putting the finishing touches on the agreement now.
The Panthers fired John Fox on New Year's Eve.

Today ESPN reported the new Panthers Head Coach Ron Rivera, who ran a 3-4 defense for San Diego, "would continue to use a 4-3 based on their (Carolina's) personnel."
Pretty good first day on the job.
Anyone think our Redskins noted this evaluation?
