"The story of the credit-rating agencies is the story of a colossal failure," Waxman

My credit rating isn't great. People were calling me a deadbeat and these are now the same people now losing tens of thousands of dollars on mortgages and other bad plans. I have no mortgage or no use for a mortgage. I could use more dollars to speed up my progress. Progress is kind of slow now. I'm sticking with the permanent plan. You guys do what you want.
