House GOP Leaders Urge Members To Fight Stimulus
House Republican leaders are urging rank-and-file members to fight President Obama's $825 billion economic stimulus plan, even as he visits Republicans on the Hill at this moment, the AP is reporting.
House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.) are urging the opposition, the AP is reporting.
Boehner has been highly critical of the stimulus plan, which is heading for a Wednesday vote.
