Markets Edge Up At Opening

Wall Street has once again shrugged off bad economic news -- in this case, another record drop in home values -- and has opened up across the board.

In the first 20 minutes of trading, the Dow is up about 60 points, or about half of 1 percent.

The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq are both up just less than 1 percent each.
