Senate Stimulus Bill Includes Hundreds of Millions for Big Corporations

Tucked in the Senate version of the stimulus bill are some benefits for a handful of big companies.

Boeing of Chicago could get $200 million to add to its multi-billion dollar Department of Homeland Security project, called SBI Net. The program calls for Boeing to build a “virtual fence” along the Southwestern border, but it has been stalled after technical problems.

Northrop Grumman and Raytheon would see a boost from a provision in the Senate bill that would give millions of dollars to build a satellite system to monitor climate change. The two companies have been working on such a satellite for years.
The Senate bill also gave $1 billion to Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration to buy and install baggage-screening gear. That deal could benefit the few companies, including L-3 Communications Holdings, General Electric and Reveal Imaging Technologies.

Many details were first reported by the Wall Street Journal.

This Bailout follows in majority, the conditions and principles of the first. No oversight. No punishment. No accountability. No specification that the money is a "loan". No specification of the amount of interest to be paid on this loan. It is therefore a gift and the money goes to these Banking Families, who own the Fed.

"A number of hugely wealthy banking families, many foreign, own the Fed. Some of these Family Banks are : Rothschild Bank of London; Warburg Bank of Hamburg; Rothschild Bank of Berlin; Lehman Brothers of New York; Lazard Brothers of Paris; Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York; Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy; Goldman, Sachs of New York; Warburg Bank of Amsterdam; Chase Manhattan Bank of New York. These bankers are connected to London Banking Houses which ultimately control the Fed."

my note : So, our Depression is manipulated and controlled from the City of London

So, the Banking Families asked the Fed to provide money to "save" their Banks. The Fed, which they own, was happy to oblige. Then, they have come again, asking the Fed to "save" companies, ultimately owned by their Banks, such as General Motors, Sun Life, etc. Again the Fed, which they own, wishes to be quick to help them.

The Fed has printed up Billions of Debt Dollar valueless Federal Reserve Notes. These were given to the Banking Families, who refuse to say how they were spent.
They were not asked by the Fed, which they own, to provide any collateral, and they are allowed by the practice of "fractional reserve lending" to multiply the money received from the Fed by ten times. HOWEVER, I have read that the first Bailout's small print now gives them the right to multiply this by 40 times!

Fraud! Fraud! and more Fraud! Geithner is profoundly involved as a co-conspirator in all of it. And, as Obama hired him, so Obama is one of the thieves as well. As we used to say back in Kansas,

"Hang out with criminals, hang with them!"

U.S. Supreme Court Denies Certiorari
for Landmark Right to Petition Case

Constitutional Crisis Escalating
Coming: Appropriate Next Steps

On January 4, 2008, the Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, in conference, voted to deny the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the landmark Right-to-Petition case We The People v. United States. On January 7 the Court issued its Order denying certiorari.

Without comment, the Supreme Court decided not to hear We The People v. United States, a case which, if heard, would have required the Court to declare -- for the first time history -- whether the Government is obligated to respond to proper Petitions by ordinary, private individuals for Redress of Grievances – specifically Grievances alleging unconstitutional behavior by the Government, and whether the individual having so Petitioned, has the Right to act to peacefully hold the Government accountable if the Government refuses to respond.

In denying to hear this first impression case, the Court has ignored its duty to interpret the meaning of the Constitution, and leaves undisturbed the decision of the DC Court of Appeals which, unfortunately, relied on two cases that were not on point -- they involved employment related grievances by state public employees and state legislation governing same, not Grievances by private parties, and not involving alleged violations of the Constitution.

The decision by the Supreme Court has grave consequences for the future of individual Rights, Freedom and Liberty, popular sovereignty, government accountability and the great experiment in (self) government that is America. Any Right that is not enforceable is not a Right...

Senate Democrats Establish JIFFY (JFI, JOBS FOR ILLEGALS) Job Plan

Senate Democrats extend Gold-Plated Engraved Invitation to illegals to continue invading our United States.

The Senate Democrats successfully prevented the E-Verify amendment, SA 239, which would prevent illegals from taking jobs generated by the Stimulus Plan, from being voted on, and added, to the Senate version of the Stimulus Bill.

By doing so, they have extended an open invitation for illegals (JFI, JIFFY) to illegally enter the United States and take the jobs generated by the 800 billion dollar Stimulus Bill.

FACT: In the last 22 years, over 26 million illegals, have been apprehended, after crossing the border, into our United States.

UNITED STATES BORDER APPREHENSIONS (Source DHS/CBP)
1987--1,190,488------1995--1,394,554------2003----931,557
1988--1,008,145------1996--1,649,986------2004--1,160,395
1989----954,243------1997--1,412,953------2005--1,189,075
1990--1,169,939------1998--1,555,776------2006--1,089,902
1991--1,197,875------1999--1,579,010------2007----876,704
1992--1,258,482------2000--1,676,438------2008----723,825
1993--1,327,259------2001--1,266,213------2009----(beginning 10/01)
1994--1,094,717------2002----955,310

Less than 1, out of 4 illegals, are estimated to have been apprehended, meaning that 3, out of 4, illegals successfully entered our United States.

According to the U.S. Immigration Service another 6 million illegals in our country are visa overstays.

There are already 8.7 million illegals working at on-the-books jobs, in our United States, that they used forged, and/or stolen, identities, to illegally obtain. These are jobs in manufacturing, food processing, construction; jobs that Americans will do.

Democrats continue to do everything they can to protect illegals who have taken, and are continuing to take, jobs, that rightfully belong to Americans.

E-Verify will rectify this situation, but first it must be added to the Final Stimulus Bill.

This will not happen without action, and rightful outrage, BY ALL AMERICANS!!!

It's time to get mad Americans, it's time to get really mad.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!

TAKE ACTION TODAY!!!

It would be just as absurd to tag on an immigration reform amendment to the "stimulus package" Republicans claimed it was to tag on all sort of non-stimulus related ideologically based program.

Regardless of what your position on illegal immigration is it has no place in an economic stimulus package. Deal with it in other more appropriate legislation.
