Stocks slightly off at opening
Stocks are off slightly at opening this morning, following an upward revision in fourth-quarter GDP.
In the first 45 minutes of trading, the Dow is down two-tenths of 1 percent.
The broader S&P 500 is down less than two-tenths of 1 percent.
The tech-heavy Nasdaq is down about one-tenth of 1 percent.
In other news this morning, sales of existing homes fell 7.2 percent in January, the National Association of Realtors said, the second-straight month of sales declines. This follows news earlier this week of a historic January drop in sales of new homes.
