crack those knuckles on some of your TV appearances -- it could be a little in joke for those who read your blog and catch you on the tube.
But don't start doing that thing where people stretch their neck to crack a neck bone. Now that's annoying.

It always makes me feel a little better hearing this myth debunked. That being said, I can't imagine having you joints slam together as the air is released is particularly great for them.
