Lunch Break

As an American, I was sad to see our improbable run at the Confederations Cup final come to an end (though I did sort of agree with Adam Serwer: We didn't deserve it.). But as a half-Brazilian, I was glad to see it come to an end against my Brazilians. Viva Brasil!

You traitor Ezra!

Brazil is trying to catch up with America in the Economic Super Power. Then it is natural that America tries back by attempting to get into the rarefied group of Soccer Super Powers.

That was one hell of an attempt by USA, heart breaking that it could not succeed. But as they say, keeping knocking until the walls shatter and doors open...
