Lunch Break: Brick!
Last night, I rewatched one of my favorite movies: "Brick", the best hard-boiled noir ever set in a Southern California high school. And this morning, the Internets -- or, more specifically, the tweetnets (twitternets?) -- informed me that you can actually download the original illustrated novella that led to the film. For free! Right here!
Don't say I never did anything for you.

Check out Brothers Bloom, by the same writer/director. Completely different film - not nearly as brilliant as Brick, but worth your time and striking just how different in tone it is.

Thanks!
That movie has the most badass punch scene in it. Especially coming from the kid from 3rd rock from the sun.
