Lunch Break: Inhalable Chocolate!
Earlier this month, Food editor Joe Yonan invited me down to the fourth floor to try a hot new product: inhalable chocolate. It's the only dessert I've ever encountered that comes with a FAQ. (Among the questions: Can the cocoa particles get caught in your lungs? The answer, apparently, is no.) And I wasn't the only one he roped into the trial. The video is below:
