Re the dude with the $23 quadrillion balance -- is it even possible to spend that much?

Yearly global output is around $70 trillion, which only gets to $23 quadrillion after three centuries. Of course, after buying up the entire year's production, you could start in on fixed assets -- all the stocks, bonds, and other instruments in the global economy, all the land and property, every antique and monument, mining and drilling rights in the oceans, even exploitation rights in space... Presumably there'd be some things (the Taj Mahal, nuclear missiles) you couldn't just buy, of course.

Huh. Would be interesting to know what dollar value would be.
