conan o'brien said stupid and insensitive things, that were an offense not just to mayor booker, but to the people of newark, and all of the people struggling across the country to live in rapidly decaying cities.
many of the people in public life are a humiliation to the american people. kanye west, david letterman, conan o'brien.
why cant the networks do better?
their dumness and snarkiness continue to desensitize us.
a late night diet of these folks, and a daytime diet of high fructose corn syrup is bad for this country.
and i wish that political figures would stay off of these shows and spare us their snarkiness, and start bringing some dignity back into their office.
it is not all in good fun. they are hurting this country.

in my opinion, hillary clinton deserves no peace prize.
her rhetoric has never been peaceful.
her stances have always been militant, against countries, against barack obama.
she may be secretary of state, but she is not a peacemaker.
it is not in her essential nature.
barack obama is first, a peacemaker.
hillary clinton is first, a fighter.
we have too many fighters and too few peacemakers.
our society has become so ill, that we regard peacemakers as weak people.

Re jkaren: "we have too many fighters and too few peacemakers"

Well Obama certainly has been the Neville Chamberlain of health care reform.
