Yes. Some will get out while the going is good, and likely use the balance of their time in office to vote a Straight Corporate Line. :/ They know where their post public bread is buttered.

#2 at the very least is mis-labeled. The piece has almost nothing to do with Calif's fiscal crises but rather talks about the collapse of the state GOP.

Those are two very different things as the collapse of the GOP in other states hasn't had the same fiscal effects.
