The Tea Parties are a brave re-assertion of all that has made the USA the greatest nation on earth.

Sadly I which our nation was focused less on stopping the Democrats from bankrupting USA with a recklessly designed federal take-over of healthcare and more on the opponents of human freedom, namely the tyrannical trinity of Chavez-Amadeinjen-Putin

Yes, and I wish that Republicans didn't spend every moment that they've held power in the last fifty years fighting to consolidate power for rich, white, Christian men and deny any opportunity for advancement to anyone else.

See, we can both be that reasonable.

Reagan and the two Bushes created over 82% of all the national debt as of Jan 2009, when Obama took office.

Over 4/5 of the current deficit is due to policies/laws signed by George W. Bush.

The other 1/5 is due to programs designed to help Americans through the recession or get them jobs.

Tea partiers are as paranoid and uninformed as the truthers. They are both a national embarrassment. Hitler rose to power with people just like the tea partiers.

Hmm... the signs all seem to be spelled correctly, which spoils the effect somewhat.

The current national debt is not such an issue as much as the perpetual recurring debt from structural deficts that show up in the annual budgets.

We can't grow our way passed THAT. On top of that, the Democrats ONLY choice for fixing debt, i.e. raising taxes, is not conducive to growing us out of anything. When the Goose that lays the Golden Egg(our capitalist economy) starts getting a cold(a recession), the Democrats want to beat it over the head with a club and tell it to try harder. That doesn't work.

Actually, I made sure a few things were misspelled.

Ah-- shoulda zoomed in closer, and looked at shorter words. I'd suggest "your" and "imaginery" as alternatives, though ;)

Ain't no party like an angry white man's tea party.

Great cartoon.

I think you nicely captured the size of the tea party.

My only question is which one of those dudes is "FastEddieO007?" He'll be crushed if you left him out.

Also..."msoja" seems to be missing, since none of your tea partiers is packing unconcealed heat, or is portrayed as a sheep, and he now wishes to be known as an armed sheep.

These tea party details are tedious, I know.
