Ezra, why don't you link the Toles image to his web page within the post? Right now it just goes to a jpeg file under your address.
More clicks for Toles, the post and further proof that you're generating traffic at the post, which might encourage the post to hire more folks like you...

That patient should just go to the emergency room. Ideally he should shop around (across state lines) first in order to "incentivize" better care. But if he sues that doc for malpractice ...
(sigh)
