Ezra,
Ever since our Yale in Washington luncheon this summer I've been an avid fan of your food blogging. This, I would say, trumps it all. Never would I have seen this video otherwise and despite it being late - catching up on my Google Reader over spring break led me to say "what the hell - let's see what video Ezra has in store for us."
Utterly stunning, interesting, and enlightening. Thanks for sharing - this was absolutely fantastic.
