That's ok. Our government has way too many branches anyway. Now that we've sawed off the Cheney branch, only three more to go.

Hooray! I can't wait to have meetings with my neighbors about how we're going to provide ourselves with a source of drinking water and roads! And instead of spending time with my fiancee I can be part of the bucket brigade for our townhouse development!
