Of course, heart attacks aren't a problem. Saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease. It's actually good for you, particularly if you're a woman. At least according to that radical publication, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
"...a high-fat, high–saturated fat diet is associated with diminished coronary artery disease progression in women with the metabolic syndrome..."
