This was a fun episode, not just for the FL section. The chapter in Cook's Tour is excellent as well: Tony has always been as good of a read as a watch.

The Rome episode of No Reservations on Monday night was outstanding, and has had me craving Italian cusine all week. Bourdain just keeps getting better.
