How timely and coincidental the arrival of this was...
My wife and I, in the process of opening a tamale company in Southern California, just yesterday received Rick Bayless's "Mexican Kitchen" as a gift from my parents. Watching the video made me want to dive right in!

Ezra, I haven't seen you post about Top Chef 7 since the premiere. What gives? You must have thoughts on it.
