Remember when Klein termed Cash for Clunkers a "success" because people snapped up "free" money almost faster than the government could steal it? Or all the times Klein has termed Massachusetts RomneyCare a "success" because a large portion of the state's residents did not flaunt a law passed by the Mass. legislature?

I don't think Toles or Klein know what success is.

Trade "flout" for "flaunt".
