(Late) lunch break

Ze Frank does TED!

Man, I really miss this guy's show. I tend to think of lunch breaks as pretty optional entertainment. And, technically, this one is to do. This blog does not have the power of coercion. But it's really worth watching. The end, in particular, is beautiful.

No kidding. I was legitimately a bit sad on the last day of his show. It's amazing what a fixture he became in my life for just that one year. And he was pretty much always entertaining and insightful. It's a real shame he's not doing anything more high profile now.

Yikes, maybe I'm alone in this reaction but after about five minutes, I felt like this turned from cool to needlessly sentimental, and five minutes later into downright creepy. The ending was like spiders crawling under my skin. Things like this make the world seem like a dark and desperate place.
