Ezra - I love the idea of the lunch break but how about some variety? I challenge you to go two weeks without posting a TED talk! (Some of them are nice and all but to me kind of embody the vague, buzz-word ridden, magical thinking I attribute to ppl like Tom Friedman.) I can imagine its hard to find content - maybe leverage the wisdom of your dear readers?
