Speaking of trains, plains and automobiles, I’m heading to California tonight to be on Bill Maher’s show tomorrow. So blogging will end a bit early today -- i.e., now -- but it’ll be back to normal in the morning.

Please let Bill know that when nobody laughs at a joke, it's not because they have sticks up their asses, it's because the joke just isn't funny.

Is this your first Bill Maher appearance? If so, it's long overdue.
I'm disappointed in the rest of the line up though. I would have liked to see you call out some of the BS the right wing takes to Bill's show and gets away with. (like Rachel Maddow does when she's on)
I like Bill, but I don't think he stays up to date enough to be ahead of these clowns' nonsense. He's a comedian first and political observer second. He's a step behind Jon Stewart.
