Are We Prepared in Fairfax for a Disaster or Attack?

Yesterday the Post published an opinion piece by Falls Church city councilman David Snyder expressing concern about the lack of a system being put in place to provide regional coordination in the event of a major disaster or terrorist attack in the Washington area.
