Fairfax County Garage Supervisor Pleads Guilty In Kickback Scheme
Donald Wray, 36, a supervisor with the county's Department of Vehicle Services, has pleaded guilty to a charge of mail fraud in U.S. District Court. Wray was accused of accepting more than $17,000 in gratuities in the form of retail gift cards from the Florida-based Stone Cold Chemicals company in exchange for using county government money to purchase overpriced and unnecessary automotive products. Wray faces up to 16 months in prison.
