Falls Church Man Pleads Not Guilty In Plot To Kill President

Ahmed Omar Abu Ali, 24, of Falls Church, pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges he planned to assassinate President Bush and to conduct a major terrorist attack inside the U.S.
