Prosecutor's Aide Charged With Forgery

An administrative assistant to Fairfax County's chief prosecutor has become the third county courthouse employee to be arrested and charged in the last six weeks. Cecilia A. Ruiz, 29, of Herndon was arrested Monday and charged with forgery in connection with the erasure of a drunken-driving conviction from a computer database. Two employees of the Circuit Court had been charged with grand larceny last month. The complete story is in today's Metro section.
