Witness Says Alexandria Area Lawyer Killed With A Pipe

A witness in a preliminary hearing in Fairfax General District Court said yesterday that Eric  N. Miller, the Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer found dead in a Route 1 motel in August, was killed with blow to the head from a metal pipe.
