Are Black Students in Fairfax Underachieving?

This week's Extra Credit column by Jay Mathews in the Fairfax Extra looks at some of the test scores coming out of the county school system. Interestingly, black students in Fairfax, the wealthiest county in the state, aren't faring as well as they are in number of other counties.
