Metro Approves MetroWest Land Sale To Pulte
Metro's board of directors has approved a sale of a parcel of land near the Vienna Metro station to Pulte Homes. The land lies between the station and land Pulte owns for its planned MetroWest mini-city development. Pulte officials described the land as an essential additional parcel if MetroWest is to be a true transit-oriented development. The full story was in this morning's Metro section.
