Fairfax and Montgomery Could Face Shortfall Of 92,000 Homes

The Metropolitan Washington Council of Government's latest regional growth forecast says that the local economy will create abut 1.6 million new jobs by 2030, but that current building patterns will  leave a shared shortage of about 92,000 homes in the areas two largest jurisdictions.
