Warner Wants Wider I-66

In his final budget plan Gov. Mark R. Warner is asking for funds to widen part of westbound I-66 inside the Capital Beltway and to buy additional rail cars for the Virginia Railway Express, the Washington Post Metro section reported on Friday.
