A Softening Market: Condo Supply Outstrips Demand

An article in Saturday's paper looks at how a softening housing market is affecting the sales of new condominium units. Northern Virginia makes up the biggest share of the region's condo market and, despite the downturn, developers are readying about 24,000 new units for sale in the next three years.
