Charges Filed In Death of Taylor Behl

A grand jury yesterday indicted Benjamin Fawley, the 38-year-old amateur photographer who reportedly had a sexual relationship with college student Taylor Behl, 17, of Vienna. Behl's badly decomposed body was found in rural Mathews County a month after she disappeared from the Richmond campus of Virginia Commonwealth University. Fawley told police that Behl's death was accidental. The details are in today's Metro section.
