Report: Area Roads More Crowded, But Safer

Despite increasing traffic, the numbers of crashes and fatalities have declined in Northern Virginia according to a report  from the Washington Regional Alcohol Program. An article was in today's Washington Post. The most recent numbers from local police departments are here.
