A Blow to Plan for Urban Center at Tysons

Lerner Enterprises has decided to scale back its plan to build 540 condominium units at the busy job center and instead to build a few as 300 larger, and more expensive, ones. County officials say there is little they can do since Lerner had agreed only to build a certain amount of residential space, not a certain number of units.
