Regional Traffic Study; A Picture of Sustained Misery

A front page story in theWashington Post says that although some of the local choke-points in Fairfax have improved somewhat, traffic in the region overall continues to overwhelm roads. An article in today's Metro section lists the region's top ten bottlenecks which include the evening rush in I-66 near Falls Church.
