Suburban Concerns Shaping 2006 General Assembly Session

Some Northern Virginians complain that "Richmond just doesn't get it" on issues that affect lives in the communities of the nation's capital. But an article in yesterday's Metro section shows that concerns of suburban Virginians seem to be on lawmakers' minds this year.
