Crashes Caused By Distracted, Drowsy Drivers
Eighty percent of all vehicle crashes in the Washington area are caused by sleepy or distracted drivers according to a new study that is the subject of a front page story in this morning's Washington Post. The top distraction for drivers? Cell phones.
