Hyland Helped Developer With Tax Break

Focus on Fairfax posted this item about a court case in which a developer's conservation easement was declared invalid. Sunday's Metro section reports that Supervisor Gerald W. Hyland (D-Mt. Vernon) aided the developer in seeking federal tax write-offs that went with the easement.
