Bond Referendums on Ballot For Nov. 7

By now most Fairfax County households will have received a brochure from the Board of Supervisors explaining the upcoming bond referendums to fund public safety renovations and expansions and parks and recreation facilities development. The mailing explains the basic arguments for and against issuing bonds to pay for these types of expenses, but there is certainly more to both the pros and cons of borrowing the money. What's your take?
