Storm Emergency Declared; Be Careful

The state is under an emergency declaration as it waits for heavy rains from tropical storm Ernesto predicted to fall at least through the night and perhaps into tomorrow. Winds will increase during the day. Be careful; do not try to drive through standing water; exercise caution. Read about the declaration here.
